This product is also compliant with both low-bit-rate and high-bit-rate DisplayPort. ENCA-MDD allows you to connect a DVI ready display device to all new Macs (MacBook / MacBook Pro / MacBook Air / Mac Mini / iMac). 
Note: Interlaced modes and reduced blanking modes are not support
