Receiving a Second Call If the Call Waiting service is on, you hear a tone in the earpiece if you receive a second call. The number or name of the caller is normally shown at the top of the display together with a list of the alternatives Answer, Busy and Release&Answer. Receiving a Third Call If the Call Waiting service is on, you may receive a third call when you have one active call and a second call on hold.
