IMPORTANT: Periodically, lubricate all moving parts, including pivot points, to assure smooth opening and closing. Locate one "R" pivot bracket (#7) and one "L" pivot bracket (#9). NOTE: Pivot brackets have an "R" or "L" stamped on the front of them to make them easy to identify. Attach "R" and "L" pivot brackets and pivot tubes (#8) to caster rail (#1), with the angles toward the ends of the caster rail (See Figure 1b), using one carriage bolt (#3), two nylon washers (#32) and one locknut (#31). Do NOT overtighten bolts securing pivot tubes. Secure pivot brackets to caster rail with two carriage bolts (#23) and locknuts (#31). Insert a caster wheel (#5) through the hole at each end of the caster rail, as shown in Figure 1. Tap a palnut (#6) onto the shaft protruding through the top of the caster rail. 5. 2. Figure 1 Tap a square plug (#29) into each end of the caster rail. Repeat steps 1 through 4 for second caster rail. 3. Attach wood bottom board (#2) to caster rails (#1) as shown in Figure 2. Turn caster rail as shown with pivot tubes toward inside, and attach board (#2) with four carriage bolts (#3) and four wing nuts (#4). Tighten wing nuts securely.
