Cook, uncovered, on P-HI for 5 minutes or until heated thoroughly; stir once during cooking. 4 servings CHEESE SPREAD 1 1/2 1 2 1 4 package (8 oz. ) cream cheese cup green onions cup shredded carrots teaspoons lime juice cup (4 oz. ) shredded Monterey Jack cheese tablespoons toasted sliced almonds 1. In a 2-quart glass casserole put cream cheese, onions, carrots and lime juice. Cook, uncovered, on P-HI for 4~5 minutes or until cream cheese is softened. Add Monterey Jack cheese; stir until well blended.
