Manual abstract: user guide FAGOR LE-120

Detailed instructions for use are in the User's Guide.

[. . . ] A damaged appliance can no longer be used and should be disposed of accordingly. Never leave the appliance unattended during operation and keep it out of reach of children! Always use the unit for the appropriate purpose! Persons with nervous disorders should never use the appliance without accompanying person in order to avoid any danger. [. . . ] After producing the required amount of milk froth, let go of the push-button, wait until the whisk head comes to a complete standstill and take out the appliance. Clean the casing with a dry, soft cloth. Clean the insertion rod and whisk head immediately after each use to prevent permanent residues and deposits. For this rinse the insertion rod and whisk head under cold water. Insertion rod and whisk head are firmly connected and cannot be detached from each other. Do not put the appliance down on the whisk head. This can cause the appliance and whisk head to be deformed. Remove batteries from the appliance during long periods of non-use. The used batteries contain substances which can cause injuries through skin contact or inhalation. Always wear rubber gloves to remove leaked batteries from the appliance and dispose of them in a sealed container (see Battery disposal). Battery disposal As a consumer you are obliged by law to recycle used batteries. The following options are available for disposal: - through the dealer - through the hazardous waste container provided by the local authority. Packaging and appliance disposal The packaging consists entirely of environmentally friendly materials which should be handed over at your local recycling point. Please contact your local authority for information about disposal of your appliance at the end of its service life. At the end of its working life, the product must not be disposed of as urban waste. It must be taken to a special local authority differentiated waste collection centre or to a dealer providing this service. Disposing of a household appliance separately avoids possible negative consequences for the environment and health deriving from inappropriate disposal and enables the constituent materials to be recovered to obtain significant savings in energy and resources. To remind you that you must collaborate with a selective collection scheme, the symbol shown appears on the product warning you not to dispose of it in traditional refuse containers. [. . . ] Very important: to benefit from this guarantee, it is absolutely essential for the user to provide the authorised technical service with an official receipt giving evidence of the date of purchase. All our service technicians carry the corresponding identification accrediting them as Official Brand Technicians. It is in your own interest to ask to see this identification. Consult your distributor or check in the enclosed documentation for the address of the nearest technical service. [. . . ]
