The HELP button is located above the display.  [. . . ] As each option scrolls,  a segment of the seconds track will flash marking the pusher (or pushers) which activates that selection. Once the selection has been made,  HELP will turn off until the HELP button is pressed again. If no selection is made,  the HELP options will repeat once before turning off. As you become more familiar with the functions of your watch,  you can move quickly through the HELP options by pressing the HELP button to advance to the next option.
