Program the oven as you normally would to bake. Speed Bake may be used with Bake, Timed Bake and Delayed Time Bake features. The oven icon with a fan will appear in the display when the Speed Bake mode is active. The fan stays on when the oven door is closed and shuts off while the oven door is opened. The fan will continue to operate until cooking is complete. To cancel Speed Bake, press on the oven control as you would to stop any baking function. 3 Setting Oven Controls Setting Timed Bake or Timed Speed Bake Feature The BAKE or SPEED BAKE and BAKE TIME pads control the Timed Bake feature. The automatic timer of the Timed Bake feature will turn the oven OFF after cooking for the desired amount of time you selected. To program the oven to begin baking immediately and to shut off automatically (Timed Bake): 1. The Timed Bake features require you to set the amount of cooking time.
