[. . . ] Do not use on a bed, sofa, rug, or similar surface. Do not attempt to service this antenna yourself as opening or removing covers may expose you to dangerous voltage or other hazards and voids your warranty. Refer servicing to qualified service personnel. [. . . ] To reduce risk of damage to the AC adapter, do not pull on the cord to disconnect from the AC outlet. Instead, disconnect the unit from the outlet by pulling on the plug rather than the cord. Make sure the cord is located so that it will not be stepped on, tripped over, or otherwise subjected to damage or stress. Do not operate the AC adapter or antenna with a damaged cord or plug. Do not operate the AC adapter or antenna if it has received a sharp blow, been dropped, or otherwise damaged in any way. Do not install the antenna near heat sources such as radiations or air ducts, or in a place subject to direct sunlight, excessive dust, mechanical vibration, or shock. Do not use alcohol, benzine, or thinner to clean antenna's surfaces. Be sure to save instructions for future reference. Unplug AC adapter from AC outlet if antenna is not used for long time. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION 1 2. Take off the caps before using. 2 1. Select a convenient location for the antenna that is near the TV or STB. Connect the antenna's coaxial cable to your TV's 75-ohm Terrestrial (UHF/VHF) terminal or STB's 75-ohm antenna terminal. Connect the supplied AC adapter's DC plug into the DC jack on the back of the antenna, then connect the AC adapter to AC outlet. 3 Tuning and Adjustment 1. Move the extended VHF dipoles (channels 2-13) or the UHF loop antenna (channels 14 and higher) until you get the best picture possible.
