PLOTTER OPERATION 3. 8. 3 Erasing waypoints Erasing a waypoint directly from the plotter display 1. Operate the trackball to place the cursor on the waypoint you want to erase. A flashing diamond mark appears over the waypoint when the waypoint is correctly selected. You are asked if you are sure to erase the waypoint. The waypoint is erased from the plotter screen and the waypoint list. Press the [MENU] key followed by the WAYPOINTS/ROUTES and WAYPOINTS soft key to open the waypoint menu. Operate the trackball to place the cursor on the waypoint which you want to erase. A flashing diamond mark appears on the waypoint when it is correctly selected. Press the EDIT/MOVE soft key followed by the ERASE WPT soft key. You are asked if you are sure to erase the waypoint. Push the [ENTER] knob to erase the waypoint.
