Slowly raise the CH1 SLIDE CONTROL (25) to a comfortable level, once you've selected the proper line. [. . . ] Located on the rear panel are 2 Phono/Line convertible RCA inputs (8, 9), and 5 line RCA inputs (12, 13, 11, 10, 4). The convertible RCA inputs (8, 9) for Channels (CH) 2(28) & 3(31) allow Phono (PH) and Line (LN) level equipment to be connected to the mixer. CROSSFADER SECTION: The CROSSFADER (38) allows you to mix from one source to another. CH 1 (25) and CH 4 (34) are controlled through their respective SLIDE CONTROLS (25, 34) and not the CROSSFADER (38). [. . . ]
