This complete product allows you to monitor your training. It measures your number of steps and EN calculates the distance you cover, the calories you expend, exercise time and average speed. EN 25 Placing the device Using the STEP mode After correctly attaching the device to your belt, the pedometer counts every step taken from the beginning to the end of your walk or run. Accessing the various data: In STEP mode, the top line shows the number of steps taken. The bottom line shows either the distance covered in km or miles, the average speed in km/h or mph, the calories expended in kcal, the time elapsed (hr: min: sec) or the total number of steps and the total distance. Use the SET button to go from one display to the next. Stopwatch: The exercise stopwatch starts automatically when you take your first step. You do not need to activate it manually. It stops automatically as soon as it registers that you have stopped for several seconds. Average speed: Average speed is calculated and displayed every minute on the basis of the distance covered in the previous completed minute. The device does not therefore calculate your average speed over total distance covered. As average speed is calculated over a minute, the device does not display data during the first minute of exercise or after stopping. Setting the alarm To set the alarm: - Press the MODE button to select ALARM mode. - Hold down the SET button for 2 seconds. Set the desired value using the RESET button. - Confirm your setting by pressing the MODE button. Press the SET button to end the setting process.
