Review From Play mode, press Rewind to review at two speeds: · Picture Search -- Press and release Rewind to review the tape at 5 times normal speed. · Jet Search -- Press and hold Rewind to review the tape at 7 times normal speed. Frame Advance From Still mode, press Still/F. Adv to advance to the next frame, or turn the jog wheel forward and backward to advance frame by frame. Forward to cue at two speeds: · Picture Search -- Press and release F. Forward to advance the tape at 5 times normal speed. · Jet Search -- Press and hold F. Forward to advance the tape at 7 times normal speed. Shuttle Ring From Play mode, Shuttle FWD gradually increases the cue speed from Double-Speed playback to Picture Search to Jet Search. Shuttle REV gradually slows down the tape, Pauses, then goes into Reverse Picture Search and Reverse Jet Search. 46 DUAL-DECK USER'S GUIDE Tracking The Tracking adjustment removes the white lines that sometimes appear during playback because of slight differences in recording decks. The Auto Tracking button (Auto) will automatically align the recorded tracks with the playback heads to solve this problem. You may also set tracking manually. 1 Adjust Tracking Manually During playback, press the TRK up/down arrow keys to move the white lines out of the picture. For example, you may rent a movie that comes on two videotapes and watch them seamlessly one after the other.
