The red light will turn off when the batteries are fully charged. Trickle charging will start after all batteries are fully charged. The red LED indicator(s) will flash and the charger will stop charging if alkaline, carbon zinc, lithium, rechargeable alkaline or damaged batteries are mistakenly inserted into the charging slots. Once charging is complete, unplug the charger from the power source and remove the batteries. Remove batteries from the electrical device if the device is not going to be used for a long time. Do not charge other types of batteries such as alkaline, carbon zinc, lithium, rechargeable alkaline or any other kind of batteries not specified as they may leak or burst, causing personal injury and damage. Do not drop any tiny metal objects into the ventilaton fan. Never use an extension cord or any attachment not recommended by GP, otherwise may lead to a risk of fire, electric shock or personal injury.
