Check the condition of the hydraulic drive and isocyanate lubrication systems and service as required. Change the pump lubricant when it shows signs of color change. Determine that the supply system is at the proper temperature as recommended by the chemical system supplier, the individual chemicals are properly mixed within their drums/day tanks, and the moisture protection system is properly set for operation. Check the inlet screens and service as required. Turn on the main air supply to the transfer pumps and drums/day tanks. If the red emergency stop switch has been activated, reset it by turning the knob clockwise. The white main power light will light up. The light within the switch and the temperature controllers will light up. 8. WARNING: TO PREVENT OVERHEATING THE HOSES AND CREATING HOT SPOTS WITHIN THEM, UNCOIL THE HEATED HOSES BEFORE TURNING ON THE HOSE HEATER SWITCH. 9. Turn ON the green hose heater switch. The light within the switch will light up and the temperature controller should begin to cycle toward its set point. If the set point needs to be changed, see Digital Temperature Controllers on page 24. WARNING: PRIMARY HEATING IS ALMOST INSTANTANEOUS. TO PREVENT DAMAGE DUE TO OVERHEATING, DO NOT TURN ON THE PRIMARY HEATERS UNTIL REQUIRED FOR OPERATION. TURN OFF THE PRIMARY HEATERS DURING BREAKS EXCEEDING ONE HALF-HOUR. 10. Turn ON the green A- and R- heater switches. The lights within the switches will light up and the temperature controllers should begin to cycle toward their set points. [. . . ] To service the hydraulic drive system, proceed as follows: 1. Perform the Daily Shut-down Procedures and allow the hydraulic fluid to cool. Thoroughly clean the hydraulic reservoir top, the access cover plate, and the components in the area of the cover plate. This will ensure that no foreign matter will enter the reservoir when removing the cover plate. [. . . ]
