Select an FM frequency on your stereo receiver. Some audio,  such as audio books and podcasts,  will sound almost identical in mono or stereo. Since DX mode produces a stronger,  cleaner signal,  you may want to switch to DX mode,  especially if your iPod is far away from the receiver. To switch between LX or DX mode,  press and hold iTrip's station selector for 3 seconds. The current mode indicator (LX or DX in iTrip's display) will flash.
