Plug iTrip into the iPod's dock connector and begin playing music. iTrip will power on when the music starts. iTrip's display will show 88. 1 MHz as the default frequency. Move iTrip's station selector up or down until the frequency shown on the iTrip's display matches the station that is tuned on your FM receiver. Press iTrip's station selector switch to lock in the selected frequency.
