Notes to the USB mode The USB socket on the device does not support a connection for a USB extension cable and is not designed for direct connection to a computer. 7  The USB socket of this device is a standard socket. [. . . ] Possible cause/remedy The volume setting is too low – increase the volume. The headphones are plugged in – disconnect the headphones. Power cable is not properly connected, connect the power cable properly. Mute is activated, deactivate mute. Switch off the device, disconnect the power cable and plug it in again after a few seconds. The remote control is out of range of the device. [. . . ]
