Useful tips 7 Always pull the skin taut when shaving difficult areas such as your lower jaw. Always cut against the natural direction of beard growth. In the case of thick or copious beard growth which cannot be removed by just one shave, do one quick shave and then a more thorough second one. 7 7 6 ENGLISH CLEANING AND CARE ---------------------------------------------------------------------------General information The device must be cleaned regularly so that you can continue to enjoy its top performance and optimum results. Clean the housing with a soft cloth and a mild detergent. Do not use any cleaning agents. Cleaning with water 1 Press the H button to switch off the device. Caution 7 The appliance must be disconnected from the power unit. 2 To remove the foil frame, press on one of the side catches with your thumb D to lift up this side of the foil frame. Then press the second catch on the other side and lift up the foil frame. 3 Rinse out the foil frame running water. B 5 Gently shake out the remaining moisture and then dry off the device with a clean cloth. 6 Replace the foil frame it latch into place.
