Small nozzle Use the small nozzle 1 for cleaning joints, crevices, corners and creases that are difficult to reach. 1 Insert the small nozzle into the telescopic suction tube A . Brushes A multi-floor brush and a cleaning roller (fabric master) are supplied: ­ Multi-floor brush: floor brush with adjustable height for carpets or hard floors. ­ Fabric master: cleaning roller for cleaning textiles and material such as curtains (does not suck up the material). Setting up Your appliance is supplied with a fitted dust container. Once you have assembled the individual parts, the appliance is ready to operate. 1 Insert the contact of the flexible hose C into the socket on the dust container until it latches in. ENGLISH 19 OPERATION __________________________________________________________ Switching on and off 1 Pull out the power cord to the length you require. Caution 7 A yellow marking appears at the end of the cord. A red marking shows the the maximum cord length. Never attempt to pull out the power cord beyond the red marking. F 4 Set the suction power with switch F . E 5 After use, switch off the appliance with the G button and disconnect the power cord from the wall socket. G 20 ENGLISH OPERATION __________________________________________________________ Retracting the power cord 1 Disconnect the power cord plug from the wall socket. [. . . ] 4 Allow the motor to cool down for approx. 30 to 40 minutes. 2 Remove the air outlet filter. 3 Shake the filter vigorously, then clean it in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and leave it to dry.
