"I" is the warmest, "III" is the coldest. Turning the dial to OFF stops cooling the freezer. Set the dial to "II" and allow 24 hours to pass before adjusting the temperature to your needs. Flip the orange Fast Freeze switch on and the compressor will run continuously. Turn off the Fast Freeze feature once food has reached desired temperature. Note: Do not forget to turn off the fast freeze switch when not required.
