Remove the four leveling feet from the bottom of the washer/dryer and assemble to the bottom of the pedestal. Lay the washer/dryer and pedestal on their sides. Protect the units and the floor with cardboard or a soft mat so that both do not get damaged or scratched. Open the drawer as far as possible and release the drawer by actuating the black plastic levers on both slide mechanisms. The release levers are located inside the pedestal behind the drawer. The left lever should be lifted up and the right lever should be pushed down. Two or more people are needed for installation to avoid injury. All screws must be tightened securely, but not over-tightened as this will damage the unit. [. . . ] Leveling feet can be adjusted by turning them clockwise to extend (raise the pedestal) or counterclockwise to retract (lower the pedestal).
