WARNING: This fan is equipped with a polarized alternating current line plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug fits into the power outlet only one way. If you are unable to insert the plug fully into the outlet, try reversing the plug. If the plug still fails to fit, contact an electrician to replace the obsolete outlet. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized plug.

Your table fan comes completely assembled and is ready for immediate use carefully unpack your fan, refer to the operating instruction below and enjoy.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
CLEANING: Always unplug the fan before cleaning or disassembling. Be sure to use a soft cloth moistened with a mild soap solution. Do not immerse fan in water or allow water to drip into the fan housing. Avoid the use of gasoline, benzine, thinner, etc. This will result in damage plug to the fan. The following three steps are suggested for cleaning the blade. Use a screwdriver to open the clips on the front guard frame to remove the front guard from the rear guard. Clean the blade with a soft cloth, moistened with a mild soap solution. Secure the front guard to the rear guard with clips after cleaning. Clean thoroughly and store in the original box. Plug cord into any standard 120V AC 60Hz outlet making sure the speed control is at OFF. To adjust the vertical angle, hold fan guard and loosen the vertical setting knob. Adjust the fan to the desired vertical angle then tighten the vertical setting knob. Pull the oscillating pin upward to keep the fan in a stationary position.
