OPERATING:
· Remove the protective cap and connect the probe. [. . . ] · When not in use, switch ElTh off. · Do not disconnect the probe unless necessary. · Variations in readings or faint display may indicate battery failure.
ACCESSORIES:
The calibration procedure is very simple and fast. · Dip ElTh probe in a bath of water with known temperature. · Wait for a few minutes and correct the reading if necessary by adjusting the trimmer located on the
rear of the tester using a small screwdriver.
Calibration is now complete.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT:
When the ElTh cannot be switched on or the display fades, pull out the battery compartment and change the four 1. 4V batteries, paying attention to their polarity. Batteries should only be replaced in a safe area using the battery types specified in this instruction manual.
