Using scissors,  carefully cut the buildings and mountains off their plastic runners. Remove the bridge and the loose buildings from their plastic bags,  and discard the bags. Spinner Base: Slide the spinner base into the spinner hole as shown in Figure 1. Then find the same location on your gameboard,  and firmly apply the label there. 
Assemble the Spinner

Insert the spinner ring into the spinner dial as shown in Figure 2. Then place the top of the assembled spinner dial onto the peg in the center of the spinner base.
