Triple Flinger Assembly & Use:

Hook front of Web onto flinger as shown.

Place flinger on forearm and fasten touch fastener straps.

Stretch Web and hook other end onto flinger. Load three webs onto the three positions on the launcher.

Press trigger with index finger to fire.
