CHANGING THE BATTERIES

Needtochangethebatteries?AskanadulttogetnewLR44buttonbatteriesandfollowthese instructions. (LR44 batteries can usually be found in the photo and electronics sections of major retailers,  pharmacies,  and grocery stores. ) To replace fairy wings batteries: Remove the battery case from the fabric pouch (do not disconnect wires). Usingascrewdriver, removethebatterydoor. Insertnew batteries. Put the case back in the pouch,  arrow-side up. To replace fairy wand batteries: Usingascrewdriver, openthebatterycoveronthewandhandle. Replace the cover and tighten the screw. ·  onotputthebatteriesinbackwards. Positive(+)andnegative(-)endsmustbeinsertedin D thecorrectdirectionsfollowingthepolarity(+/-)diagraminthebatterycompartment. ·  onotmixalkaline, standard(carbon-zinc), orrechargeable(nickel-cadmium)batteries. D ·  nlybatteriesofthesameorequivalenttypeasrecommendedaretobeused. D ·  echargeablebatteriesmustberemovedbeforerecharging. R ·  echargeablebatteriesmustberechargedbyanadultonly. R ·  atteriesmustbeinstalledandremovedbyanadultonly.  [. . . ] Not for children under 3 years.
