Includes: base, post, upper wheel half (with 4 screws), lower wheel half and 2 screws (taped to top of base).
ASSEMBLY AND BATTERY PLACEMENT
NOTE: For proper assembly, please follow the steps in the order Indicated (1-4):

Remove 2 screws taped to top of base. [. . . ] Always follow the instructions carefully. Use only batteries specified and be sure to insert them correctly by matching the + and polarity markings. Do not mix old batteries and new batteries or standard (carbon-zinc) with alkaline batteries. Remove exhausted or dead batteries from the product. Should this product cause, or be affected by, local electrical interference, move it away from other electrical equipment. Always remove from the product before recharging.
