When the "ACCOUNT LIMIT" key operator program is enabled, printing is not permitted after the page count reaches the limit. When this happens, a notice page is printed (unless the "Disable notice page printing" key operator program has been enabled). When the "NO PRINT IF ACC'T # INVALID" key operator program is enabled, printing will not take place if an invalid account number is entered, or if printing is executed without entering an account number. If you want printing be allowed even if a valid account number is not entered, disable this setting. In this case, pages printed by an invalid account number will be included in the "OTHERS" count. Default Job ID Use this setting to select the default user name and job name that appear in the machine's operation panel. Note that if "Always Use This ID" is not selected, the Windows login name and the job name set in the application will be automatically used.
