Receiving Documents 2 in 1 Print To save paper, you can have the size of your incoming faxes reduced by 55%. This will allow you to receive, for example, a 2-page document on one page (note that this may not be possible if the document pages are longer than your printing paper). To turn on this function, follow the steps below. Reception Ratio The fax has been set at the factory to automatically reduce the size of received documents to fit the size of the printing paper. This ensures that data on the edges of the document are not cut off. STOP 68 6. Making Telephone Calls Your fax can be used like a regular telephone to make and receive voice calls. Issuing tone signals If you are on a pulse dial line, you can use the "*" key to temporarily issue tone signals when you press the numeric keys.
