If your scans are coming out unfocused or at slightly the wrong size, then you may need to make a new focus calibration to adjust the zoom mechanism. The focus calibration is stored in the scanners flash PROM, so it is preserved when you move the scanner to a new computer. See "Focus Calibration" on page 21 for more information.
