Place unit a minimum of 1" (3 cm) from counter edge to prevent unit from accidentally falling. For safe and proper operation, the unit must be located a reasonable distance from combustible walls and materials. If safe distances are not maintained, discoloration or combustion could occur. DIMENSIONS 14. 75" W x 22. 5" D x 14. 625" H (30 x 57 x 37 cm) INSTALLATION Do not lay unit on its back side (control panel side) or the front side, damage to the unit could occur. Make sure power switch is "OFF" before inserting plug into receptacle. Place Multi-Product Warmer at point of use, making sure base of unit is stable. Plug power cord into a grounded electrical outlet of the correct voltage, size and plug configuration. NOTE: Holding temperatures and length of holding time may vary depending on product preparation, cooking time and internal food temperature. MAINTENANCE The Hatco GRCW Multi-Product Warmer requires very little maintenance if installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. To avoid injury, turn the master power switch off, unplug the unit from power source and allow to cool before performing any maintenance or cleaning. CLEANING To preserve the finish of your unit, it is recommended that the it be cleaned daily. Stubborn stains may be removed with a NON-ABRASIVE, mild cleaning agent or a stainless steel cleaner on metal parts. Abrasive cleaners will scratch the surfaces, marring its appearance, making it susceptible to soil accumulation and reducing the performance. Wipe off the polycarbonate rear and side doors using a soft, clean, damp cloth. Glass cleaner may scratch the polycarbonate surface. DISPLAY LIGHT BULB REPLACEMENT - The only userreplacement item is the coated light bulb located in the upper heating unit. These bulbs have a special coating to guard against injury and food contamination in the event of breakage. To replace a light bulb, disconnect the power supply and wait until the unit has cooled. Unscrew the light bulb from the unit and replace it with a new specially coated incandescent bulb. Model GRCW NOTE: Hatco shatter-resistant light bulbs meet N. S. F. standards for food holding and display areas. Only bulbs which meet or exceed N. S. F. standards, specifically designed for food holding areas may be used. Breakage of bulbs not specially coated could result in personal injury and/or food contamination.
