Push the wheel onto axle until you hear a CLICK sound when the metal clamp catches groove on the axle. To remove the rear wheel, push the plastic lever up and pull the wheel off. To assembly the wheel, align the securing plate until the lugs on the plate engaged in the hole above the axle. Tighten the screws and then lock the quick release lever. Install the front bar below the locking latches by pushing both locks until they lock onto the stroller frame. You will hear a click sound when they secure onto the frame. To put the seat in the recline position, push up the plastic adjustor on both side at the same time and adjustto the desired position.
