Center position is "OFF". 16 Warming Drawer Control and Operation To activate the warming drawer, first find the temperature control located beside the warming drawer behind the drawer door. Select a temperature level from "0 - 3" where "0" is off and "3" is high. The temperature is infinitely variable and rages from 130°F to 220°F. (54°C to 104°C) When the control is in use the indicator will glow until the temperature level has been reached, then it will cycle on and off to maintain temperature. Warming drawer may be removed for easier cleaning (see "Warming Drawer Removal" page 34") 17 Bake - Broil Control Main oven indicator light Warming drawer indicator light Oven Bake/ Broil Control Baking To bake, push down and turn the oven control counter clockwise to any desired temperature. When baking is selected, the indicator light under the bake symbol lights up, and the bake element will activate.
