[. . . ] Once the setup process is complete, the program listings are automatically updated several times a day. This interactive guide can also be programmed to receive listings from a cable box or record your favorite shows using a VCR. If using a Cable Box or VCR, you must first setup the Plasma TV as shown on Page 23. To Setup the TV Guide On Screen System: 1. Use the CURSOR PAD to highlight TV GUIDE ON SCREEN, then press the SELECT button. Screen 7: This screen shows the correct way to setup the Cable box with the G-LINK. Please confirm connection (see Page 23). Press the SELECT button to continue. Screen 5: Which TV input is the Cable box plugged into?INPUT 1/2: Please see Screen 7. Screen 8: Use the CURSOR PAD and to highlight your Cable box brand or choose "Not Listed" if not listed, then press the SELECT button to continue. On-Screen Display Screen 6: Select the channel your TV is tuned to when using a Cable box. Use the CURSOR PAD and to highlight your choice, then press the SELECT button to continue. Screen 9: To allow the TV Guide On-Screen system to find the correct code for your brand of Cable box, tune the Cable box to channel 2. Please make sure that the Cable box and TV are ON. Press the SELECT button to continue. 53 TV Guide On Screen Screen 10: The TV Guide On Screen system will test the code of your Cable box. No TV, Cable or remote buttons should be pressed while performing the automatic test. After the testing process is complete, the setup procedure will continue, see screen 11. Screen 13: Please confirm your initial settings. Use the CURSOR PAD and to highlight your choice, then press the SELECT button to continue. If YES, FINISH SETUP PROCESS: Please see screen 14.
