Caution: This product is equipped with low power laser equipment inside, for your safety, don't open the laser radiation protective equipment. Don't look at the laser radiation district when the equipment is operating. The rating label is located on the base of the amplifier unit. Precautions This equipment has been designed and manufactured to meet international safety standards but, like any electrical equipment, care must be taken if you are to obtain the best results and safety is to be assured. DO read the operating instructions before you attempt to use the equipment. [. . . ] If there are available DAB services, the system will store all detected stations. At completion of the scanning, the system will tune to a station on the list. Tuning to a station 1. Press the Reverse/ Fast Forward buttons (D/C) to select the desired station from the list. Press the Play/Pause button (BF) to confirm. - 11 - Re-tuning By re-tuning, you can update your DAB ensemble list all over again. At the completion of scanning, the system will tune to the first service of the first ensemble in the updated ensemble list. * Press and hold the Scan button (INTRO/SCAN) for 2 seconds or more, the system will start full scan to search for all available Band lll channels again automatically. * Press the Scan button (INTRO/SCAN) briefly, the system will start a quick scan process to search for Band lll channels again automatically. Press and hold the Play/Pause button (BF) for more than 2 seconds to enter the manual tuning mode. Press the Reverse/ Fast Forward buttons (D/C) to select your desired DAB channels backward/forward. Press the Play/Pause button (BF) to confirm and tune to your selected channel. Tune in a station using one of the following methods. Auto Tuning If you press the Intro/Scan button (INTRO/SCAN) button on the remote control, display will show "AUTOSCAN" and the auto tuning would start. Manual Tuning Repeatedly press the Tuning Backward/Forward buttons (- TUNING +) on the top of the CD player or press the D /C buttons on the remote control to change the frequency until you find the C station you want. Preset Tuning (Available only after the stations are preset) Repeatedly press the Preset Up/Down switch buttons (- PRESET +) on the top of the CD player or press the H/G buttons on the remote control to select the desired preset number. Its band G and frequency are displayed on the Vacuum Fluorescent Display (VFD). Presetting Stations You can manually preset up to 20 FM stations. Press the Program button (PROG) on the remote control, the preset number will be displayed. Press the Preset Up/ Down switch buttons (- PRESET +) on the top of the CD player or the H /G buttons on the remote control to select the preset number. G - PRESET/H Decrease the preset number by 1 H PRESET +/G Increase the preset number by 1 G Note: If you select more than 20, the preset number will be changed to "1" automatically. Press the Program button (PROG) again to store the station. The display will return to the broadcast frequency display. Repeat above steps 1 to 3 for each station you want to store in memory with a preset number. [. . . ] Then set the daily timer to "ON" (daily timer set is in effect) or "OFF" (daily timer set is to cancel) by pressing the Volume Down button (VOL-) or Volume Up button (VOL+). Caution: * You can set the daily timer only in standby mode. * The operating time of every step shouldn't be longer than 3 seconds or it will return to time display. * The sound source on the automatic on mode is the same as the sound source the last time, the unit was turned off by the standby switch.
