DO ensure that all electrical connections (including the mains plug, extension leads and interconnections between the pieces of equipment) are properly made and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Switch off and withdraw the mains plug before making or changing connections. [. . . ] Press the STANDBY button, and the red light will change to blue and the Installation screen will show: MENU Audio Setup Auto installation PN "0000" Country select Start Search OK ON FF LHD01 1. Make sure an aerial is fitted then press MENU button on the remote to start the "Auto Installation". (The default PIN is "0000") 2. After a few minutes, you will see the TV programs briefly as each channel is received and stored in the memory. To power off press the STANDBY button, the blue light will change back to red. Adjust Channel setting such as Auto Installation, Manual Installation, Update Installation, Child Lock, Digital subtitle, Digital language, Edit Channel, Time Base and CI informatiom. Adjust preferences such as OSD langeuage, Sleep Timer and Default. Audio Picture Setup Option 2 Press the MENU button on the remote control. The main menu will appear on the screen. 3 Use Use buttons to highlight your main menu option, then press OK button to enter your selected option. Use buttons to change the value of the item. Press the EXIT button to exit menu. Use the Audio setting menu to adjust the audio quality which best corresponds to your listening requirements. The Audio Menu includes the following options: Audio Mode There are five options available: Movie/ Multimedia/ Music /Speech/Personal. Treble Bass Balance Adjust treble for enhancement of high frequency output. Adjust Bass for enhancement of low frequency output. Adjust the balance of the left or right speaker. Headphone Adjust the Headphone volume. EJECT Press to eject the disc (DVD mode) DVD MENU Press the button to display the DVD disc menu. (DVD mode) ZOOM Zoom-In/Zoom-Out the displayed frame.
