Open zipper on underside of back rest just below fabric handle to expose the battery compartment. Remove the battery cover by pushing downward on the small black tab along edge of compartment. Caution: Please read all instructions carefully before operating. â· If you have concerns regarding your health, consult your doctor before using this product. â· Individuals with pacemakers should consult a doctor before use. To unfold, lay back rest flat with cup holder visible. Massage may be activated by pressing the Massage button next to the cup holder. To turn off the massage, simply depress the Massage button once again. Note: You may use the back rest with or without massage. TO CLEAN: Clean only with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Never allow water or any other liquids to come into contact with the unit. â· Do not immerse in any liquid to clean. To clean the fabric cover, wipe with damp sponge, using a mild liquid detergent or suds. â· Never use abrasive cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene, glass/furniture polish or paint thinner to clean the flip flops. â· Do not attempt to repair this unit. For service, send the unit to the HoMedics address listed in the warranty section. TO STORE: Fold back rest flat and keep in a save, dry, cool place.
