Detailed instructions for use are in the User's Guide.

[. . . ] Allow the temperature of a very cold unit to stabilise before putting under connection stress. The dosing computer must be protected against frost and not be fitted close to a high temperature heat source. Fit shutoff valves and ensure good accessibility. Installation must comply with codes of good practice and with national and local regulations. [. . . ] The dosing computers are fitted either centrally after a fine filter or upstream of a distributor manifold. 1 Installation Guidelines Install so that the system is protected against frost and the appliance is protected against chemicals, solvents, cleaning materials, dyes and vapours of all types. The impulse transmitter cap on the water meter is made of Trogamid and must not be cleaned with soap, alcohol or other cleaning or washing materials. The quantity measuring unit as a turbine water meter or impulse transmitter connected with the cable to the electronics. For new installations, first install the water meter horizontally in a suitable position. The dosing computer can then be added after the overall installation in the building has been completed. the water meter should be fitted in a horizontal position. When fitted in a vertical riser the lower starting limit is increased. How the dosing computer should be fitted: · At a distance of no more than 1. With the wall plugs and screws supplied (without the collars) directly onto the wall, for example near the electrical socket. Flow sensor type Electrical supply Electrical connection power Protection class Construction length with fittings Construction length without fittings Minimum wall to centre of pipework Height of dosing computer Suction lift max. This is effective against corrosion and scale buildup. When water is drawn off an impulse sensor measures the actual flow rate and registers this in the electronic system. The electronic system then regulates an actuator motor for the dosing pump and thereby ensures precise proportional dosing of the active solution across the whole operating range. The active solution is sucked out of the storage container and is injected into the dosing section and thereby into the pipework. at the same time the dosing frequency is indicated by a flashing signal on the LED`s. An electronic level sensor switches the pump off if the solution in the storage container is too low and thereby protects the pump against dry running. the necessity for storage container replacement is signalled both visually and acoustically. If malfunction occurs, then the automatic control system prevents the risk of overdosing by shutting off the system. 33 [ml/m³] 100 [°C] 30/40 Hallsensor 230 V / 50 Hz Operation with safe low voltage of 24 V / 50 Hz [VA] 10 IP 54 [mm] 295 310 315 376 [mm] 190 190 190 240 [mm] 55 55 65 90 [mm] 260 260 260 260 [mm] 1200 1200 1200 1200 [kg] 6.
