They contain important information for safe use, for installation and for care of the appliance. Please keep these operating instructions for future reference. Pass them on to possible new owners of the appliance. [. . . ] Always cook in this mode with the oven door closed. Do not place racks in position 1 and 5 during fanassisted cooking. In the BARBECUE and GRATIN cooking modes, place the dripping pan in position 1 to collect cooking residues (fat and/or grease). MULTI-COOKING • Use position 2 and 4, placing the food that requires more heat on 2. • Place the dripping pan on the bottom and the rack on top. bARBECUE • Insert the rack in position 3 or 4. Place the food in the centre of the rack. • We recommend that you set the maximum power level. The top heating element is regulated by a thermostat and may not always be on. For a crispy crust, do not use the dripping pan (prevents crust from forming by extending cooking time). • If the pizza has a lot of toppings, we recommend adding the mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza halfway through the cooking process. V FAST COOKING mode The heating elements and the fan come on, guaranteeing the distribution of heat consistently and uniformly throughout the oven. Pre-heating is not necessary for this cooking mode. This mode is especially recommended for cooking pre-packed food quickly (frozen or pre-cooked). The best results are obtained if you use one cooking rack only. B MULTI-COOKING mode All the heating elements (top, bottom and circular), as well as the fan, will come on. Since the heat remains constant throughout the oven, the air cooks and browns food uniformly. A maximum of two racks may be used at the same time. W PIZZA mode The bottom and circular heating elements, as well as the fan, will come on. This combination heats the oven rapidly by producing a considerable amount of heat, particularly from the bottom element. If you use more than one rack simultaneously, switch the position of the dishes halfway through the cooking process. ) 1 Tra d itio n a l a D uck R oast veal or beef P o rk ro a s t B is c u its (s h o rt p a s try ) T a rts T a rts F ru it c a k e s P lu m c a k e S ponge cake S tu ffe d p a n c a k e s (o n 2 ra c k s ) S m a ll c a k e s (o n 2 ra c k s ) C h e e s e p u ffs (o n 2 ra c ks ) C re a m p u ffs (o n 3 ra c k s ) B is c u its (o n 3 ra c k s ) M e rin g u e s (o n 3 ra c k s ) F ro z e n fo o d P iz z a C o u rg e tte a n d p ra w n p ie C o u n try s tyle s p in a c h p ie T u rn o v e rs Lasagne G o ld e n R o lls C h ic ke n m o rs e ls P re -c o o k e d fo o d G o ld e n c h ic k e n w in g s F re s h F o o d B is c u its (s h o rt p a s try ) P lu m c a k e C h e e s e p u ffs 1 1 1 1 0 .
