Please read instructions thoroughly before installation.  [. . . ] The mud guards were designed to use factory holes where possible. Fastener locations will vary depending on vehicle. Install a U-Clip over any existing fender hole that will contact the mud guard (Figures 1 and 2). Attach mud guard with a #10 screw through mud guard and into the U-Clip,  check fit and alignment before tightening (Figure 2). Where there is no factory fender hole,  using mud guard as a template,  center punch,  drill 1/8" hole,  and install a #10 screw through fender at mud guard hole locations. There should be a total of three attachment points with fasteners at location A,  B or C,  and D.
