INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Please read instructions thoroughly before installation.  [. . . ] Remove factory fasteners from locations A and B (Figure 1). Place mud guard against fender and install #10 screws and washers at locations A and B,  through mud guard,  through existing fender holes and into u-clips. NOTE: The u-clips are to be used as a nut and not to be clipped over fender. Using mud guard as a template,  drill an 1/8" hole at location C and install a #10 screw. 

PAINTING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Clean mud guard with a soap and water solution to remove dirt and other contaminates. Sand painting surface with 320 grit sand paper.  [. . . ] Apply a flexible paint as directed by the paint manufacturer.
