INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Please read instructions thoroughly before installation.  [. . . ] Install a U-clip at location B and C (Figures 1 & 3). Attach mud guard to rear fender with #10 screw at location B and C,  check fit before tightening. Center punch and drill 1/8" hole before installing a #10 screw at location A. Install a #10 screw through location D and into a U-clip on the backside of the liner (Figure 3).
