NOTE: The procedure on this page is for the HT-UF tip only and should only be used while the system is at room temperature < 25°C (< 77°F) unless noted otherwise. 

Procedure: 1.  [. . . ] Cooling prevents molten resin from drooling out of the nozzle while removing. Nozzle heater must be removed to remove tip retainer. Remove front ring and remove retaining clip. Nozzle heater can now be pulled upwards. The tip retainer can be removed using a nozzle tip wrench. To remove flow pin,  place tip retainer assembly onto tool as shown above.  [. . . ] replace where required.
