Never let the cultivator be used by children, or by anyone unfamiliar with the instructions. There may be national laws which restrict the age of users. [. . . ] - If the cultivator starts vibrating in an abnormal way, immediately look for the cause of the trouble and make any necessary repairs. Stop the motor if either of the following happens: - Whenever the cultivator is to be left unattended, - Before adding petrol. Work across the lie of the land, never uphill or downhill. When about to engage the blades, make sure there is nobody in front of or close to the cultivator. Hold the handlebar tight - it has a tendency to lift when the blades engage. While working, keep at a safe handlebar's length from the blades. Remove all stones, wire, glass, metal and loose objects from the area to be dug. When tilling stony ground, use low speed. Do not alter the adjustment of the motor's speed regulator; do not over-rev. Wear thick gloves when fitting or removing the blades. Work only in daylight or in good artificial light. Do not use the cultivator with worn or used parts. Spares of substandard quality may damage the machine and endanger your safety. To avoid fire risk, wait until the motor has cooled down before putting it away. [. . . ] The cultivator can be fitted with certain accessories.
