Change the date, the hour, and the minute as described in Step 2 above, using the M key to change and the Enter button to confirm the entries. A "0" will reappear as the unit is ready for measurement again. This unit is equipped with a reminder function, which signals with 3 short beeps at the selected time. Press the Mode-Switching button to enter BP Measurement Reminder Setting, then press Enter to switch from set to program (AL1 to AL4), then press M to designate the hour and minute to confirm the entry, then press to turn the unit off. (This function can also be used as an alarm clock. Personal Risk Category Setting The unit is equipped with a Personal Risk Category Setting function, which allows the user to set their own "normal" BP levels for each memory zone, based on the evaluation and suggestion of the physician. Press the Mode-Switching key to enter Personal Risk Category Setting. Then press Enter to switch from systolic pressure and diastolic pressure values to be set, and press M to adjust the value.
