Använd aldrig någon form av kemikalier på skivan. Dränk in alla trasor eller papper i vatten, innan de kastas bort eller bränn dem under noggrann uppsikt för att eliminera all risk för självantändning.

Den første uge efter montering behandles pladen hver anden dag. Derefter hver tredje dag, indtil pladen er mættet (ca. Ridser og mindre slagmærker kan slibes med sandpapir K 180 på en slibeklods.
