It quickly produces flawless results when grilling meat, fish and vegetables, without creating smoke. The temperature is set by default to 280°C; cooking durations, which may be set as desired, are recommended for various dishes and are listed in the cooking advice table (see Cooking advice table). This combination heats the oven rapidly by producing a considerable amount of heat, particularly from the element at the bottom. If you use more than one rack at a time, switch the position of the dishes halfway through the cooking process. KEEP WARM mode This type of cooking mode can be used to keep hot, previously-cooked foods warm, or to reheat dishes. The temperature is set by default to 65°C and cannot be adjusted.
