It quickly produces flawless results when grilling meat, fish and vegetables, without creating smoke. This combination heats the oven rapidly by producing a considerable amount of heat, particularly from the element at the bottom. If you use more than one rack at a time, switch the position of the dishes halfway through the cooking process. KEEP WARM mode This type of cooking mode can be used to keep hot, previously-cooked foods warm, or to reheat dishes. The temperature is set by default to 65°C and cannot be adjusted.
