Make sure all switches for the outlet/power strip are on and that all switches for the speaker system are on. Make sure the iPod is properly docked or that the auxilary cable is properly connected to an external audio device. Check the system with a known good source, such as your iPod. Connect the Auxiliary Port cable to the headphone jack on your iPod. Make sure the iPod or Auxiliary Port cable is seated all the way into the JBL On Stage 400ID unit.
