This LED RGB rope light can only be used together with the JB SYSTEMS® LED MANAGER !Don't use lengths over 30m, the internal conductors will be overloaded which will damage the rope light!(more info below ) With all LEDs switched on, this rope light consumes about 2 Watts/meter. This means you can connect up to 150m on 1 LED MANAGER (75m on each output: 2x 75m = 150m) The rope light can be cut every 50cm (cutting marks available) This product can be used in indoor and outdoor situations, the maximum ambient temperature is 45°C. You can install the rope light easily on any surface, we suggest using the optional mounting tracks. Do NOT use lengths over 30m, this may damage the internal conductors!When you have to install lengths over 30m, just split up the installation in several individual lengths. With a sharp cutting device (very sharp hobby knife or wire cutter) you can easily cut the rope light on the cutting marks ( scissor symbol every 50cm) to split it up in several parts. See "how to make a length of over 30m" for more info! The power cable comes together with a rope light connector that must be installed on the rope light first. Attention: the holes and pins are a little out of the center, make sure to insert the pins in the right way and push the connector from the power cable as far as possible on the rope light!Put the sealing ring back in place and tighten it well. Strip the other end of the power cable and connect it to one of the two small cable assemblies that came with the led manager. This is an example for 2 pieces with a combined length of 50m. To make it waterproof you must put some silicon on the inside of the cap before you press it on the rope light. Use a small hacksaw to cut the mounting tracks to the desired lengths. You can fix them to the surface using strong glue or small screws. When all tracks are in place you just have to press the rope light in the mounting tracks. Remove the sealing rings on both sides of the middle connector and push the sealing rings over the 2 rope light ends. [. . . ] Make sure the area below the installation place is free from unwanted persons during servicing. Switch off the unit and unplug the mains. During inspection the following points should be checked: All screws used for installing the device and any of its parts should be tightly fastened and may not be corroded. Housings, fixations and installations spots (ceiling, truss, suspensions) should be totally free from any deformation. [. . . ]
