[. . . ] Connect the video to the yellow Phono socket, the left audio to the white Phono socket and the right audio to the red Phono socket. Connect the S-Video to the 4-pin mini-DIN (S-VHS socket), the left audio to the white Phono socket and the right audio to the red Phono socket. Connect your SCART cable to the 21 Pin SCART (Peritel) socket which handles both video and audio signals. [. . . ] Any suitable device maybe connected to any input. Check that each device is connected to the AV Control Center by EITHER the left and right audio phono, SCART or optical cable. Make sure that the volume on your TV and AV devices are turned up (refer to the manuals for each device for further information) SETUP INSTRUCTIONS 1) Connect the AC Power Adapter to the AC 9V IN power connector located on the rear panel of the AV Control Center 2) Connect the output/s of the AV Control Center to your television, using either the SCART, S-Video or Phono cable. NOTE: If you are using the S-Video cable as the video output, you will need to connect the Phono cable (white and red) to the television for the audio. s-Video connectors do not carry audio signals. 3) Connect your AV devices to input's 1 to 4 ensuring the power is switched off on all devices before connecting. 4) Switch on your TV and select the "External" input channel. (Refer to your television user guide for more details) 5) Switch on the AV Control Center by either pressing the Power / Standby button at the front of the AV Control Center or by using the Remote Controller. You can select other inputs by pressing the SELECT button repeatedly or by using the remote controller. Ensure that all other devices connected to the AV Control Center are switched OFF as certain devices emit strong signals, which can interfere with the device being viewed. Check that the connections between devices are secure. Do not remove the AV Control Center when the power is ON. Do not submerse or allow the AV Control Center to come into contact with water. The AV Control Center should be used in dry locations only.
